Catford Green has been the perfect place for us to raise our small family. It is such a lovely community of young professionals and families with lots of excellent schools, nurseries, shops, cafes and pubs nearby, with Catford Food Market at the bottom of the road once a month for lots of great local produce. The development is always very well-kept, clean and quiet and sits centrally to Ladywell Fields and the Waterlink Way, with lots of great cycling and running routes and some really picturesque picnic spots along the river. Both Lewisham Town Centre and the Catford Broadway area are also in the process of a multi-million-pound regeneration with lots of exciting plans on the horizon. We are very sad to leave, forced only by the need to upsize and will definitely be staying locally.

Catford Bridge Station will get you to London Bridge in 10 minutes and to Charing Cross in as little as 21 minutes. Catford Station will get you into London Blackfriars in 24 Minutes and St Pancras International in 33 minutes. Lewisham DLR is just one stop away for services to Canary Wharf.
