Why the owner loves the property:
The thing I fell in love with about 5 New Road was the open plan living downstairs alongside the gorgeous exposed brick features. It‘s quiet & cosy with all the trappings of a quaint village cottage alongside modern features like the shower style tap in the kitchen, modern fitted window blinds and a brand new boiler. The location is excellent for commuting too - a short walk to the station if you need to hop onto a train to London but also amazingly located for access to Heathrow and the M25 (and surprisingly quiet considering - that was something I was very nervous about but it was never an issue in three years of living there.)
