Property Description - Welcome to Long Y Gors, a three-bedroom semi-detached bungalow, offering a blank canvas ready for your personal touch and available with no onward chain. The property’s layout has been modified to provide a larger kitchen and a generously sized ground floor bathroom, enhancing the functionality and flow of the home.

Stepping through an open timber porch, you're greeted by a PVC double-glazed door that opens directly into a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a blend of wall and base-mounted units, offering ample space and plumbing for your essential appliances. Off the kitchen, a large side porch offers convenient access to the rear garden.

The lounge is bright and welcoming, featuring a large picture window that floods the space with natural light. With plenty of room for comfortable seating and a TV unit, it’s a perfect space for relaxation.

An internal hallway from the lounge leads to a ground floor bedroom, complete with fitted wardrobes and pleasant views over the rear garden.

The ground floor also boasts a spacious shower room, thoughtfully redesigned with handcrafted storage units and a stylish sink. A large walk-in shower with modern fixtures and a wall-mounted radiator adds a contemporary touch to the space.

From the lounge, a staircase ascends to the first floor, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one double and one single. Both rooms are filled with natural light thanks to Velux windows, and additional storage can be found tucked away in the eaves.

The rear garden enjoys a sunny, south-facing aspect, offering great potential for landscaping to create a peaceful outdoor retreat. There’s a large workshop equipped with power, as well as two additional timber outbuildings, both fitted with PVC windows, ideal for storage or creative projects.

This property offers a wonderful opportunity to create your dream home in a peaceful setting, just waiting for a little inspiration and care to bring it to life.
Located on Lon Y Gors, the property is situated just a few moments away from the award-winning Pensarn Beach and its dog-friendly trails. Abergele - Abergele is a small market town, situated on the North Wales Coast between the holiday resorts of Colwyn Bay and Rhyl, in the Conwy County Borough. Its northern suburb of Pensarn lies on the Irish Sea coast and is known for its beach, where it is claimed by some that a ghost ship has been sighted. Abergele and Pensarn railway station serves both resorts.

Abergele lies just off the A55 and is well known for Gwrych Castle. The town is surrounded by woodland covered hillsides, which contain caves where you can find the rare Lesser Horseshoe Bat. The highest hill is Moelfre Isaf (1040 ft) to the south of the town. There are also outstanding views from Cefn-yr-Ogof, Tower Hill and Castell Cawr (known locally as Tan-y-Gopa). Castell Cawr is an Iron age hillfort, one of several in the area.

Abergele (including Pensarn) has a population of around 10,000 and is part of the Abergele/Rhyl/Prestatyn urban area with a population of 64,000. Approximately 29% of Abergele has a significant knowledge of Welsh. The town also has satellite villages such as Saint George, Betws yn Rhos, Rhyd-y-foel, Belgrano, Llanddulas and Llanfair Talhaiarn.
