Our reputation has been built up over the past 20+ years selling properties mainly in the Queens Park and Charminster areas of Bournemouth, but we also sell properties further afield too.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">  </span>We see the high level of repeat business and recommendations we receive as a particularly good indication of how we conduct our business.<br />

From the initial appraisal, to preparation of property particulars with floorplans, and negotiating and monitoring sales, owners can be sure they will receive high standards of service.<br />

Buyers can be assured we will listen carefully to what their requirements are in order to be able to match them with appropriate properties for sale, and then monitor progress of sales closely to ensure a successful result.</p>

Although a single office, we have heavily invested in the best of technology, including a web-based applicant and property system, to ensure we can compete fully with larger companies, whilst still retaining a more personal touch.<br />

The company is owned and managed by Margaret Annable M.N.A.E.A., with a team made up of Penny Shaw, Taya Cornick and Leigh Nash.<br />

Please do get in touch to discuss how we can assist you. Our office is open from at least 9.00 a.m. to 5.45 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 to 4.00 p.m. Saturday, and we are quite happy to take calls outside office hours – our phone line diverts calls to our mobiles so that we do not miss an important call.</p>
