Within this arrangement, Mayhem would have no access to the hall during rental contract.

Option B)
Shared usage with 'tenant ' having main access, with 'Mayhem' using the space for 2 evenings per week, weekends and school holidays.
(Current agreement in line with Nursery) £1,000 pcm
To include: - rent, rates, water, electric bills, two large cupboard storage areas within the hall, use of kitchen, a toilet and 2 x staff parking bays.
Mayhem would require use of the kitchen back during school holidays only and use of the toilet facilities of an evening.
Not included: Wi-Fi and Phone line. Mayhem would be responsible for hand over clean of a weekend and 'tenant' would be responsible during the week for cleaning.

Option C)
Tenant to take over the space for a minimum of 3 days per week - £775 pcm (Anything less than this, would take rate of pay to an hourly rate of £17.50 with shared kitchen use and no onsite storage)
To include: Same as option B, but for 3 days only.
Not included: Wi-Fi and phone lines. You would be responsible for the cleaning throughout the 3 days hire and with a hand over clean. Mayhem will be accountable for the cleaning prior to handing the studio back to you.
