TENANT INFORMATION

From Carmarthen, take the A40 towards St Clears. At the roundabout at St Clears take the second exit, continuing on A40. At the next roundabout take the second exit continuing on A40. At third roundabout take 2nd exit continuing on A40. In the village of Llanddewi Velfrey, turn right signposted towards Llanfalteg (before Hank Marvin on the right). Continue along this road for 3 miles, going through the village of Llanfalteg and out the other side and Mount Pleasant can be found on the right, approx 1 mile after leaving Llanfalteg.

Directions from Blaenwaun:
From Blaenwaun, take the turn for Llanglydwen, past the wind farm and continue. Take the left turning towards Llanboidy and continue. At the Y-junction (with cartwheel on wall opposite) bear left and continue towards Llanboidy. Further along you will see a left turn for Llanboidy DONT TAKE IT - continue straight on towards Llanfallteg. Keep going along, past a set of cross roads, past a right fork for Login and continue on. Go past a left fork and continue past a crossroads (right to Login, left for Whitland). Continue and you will see Penlan Farm on your left. Mount Pleasant is the next property, further along the road on the left-hand side.
