What the owners say... "We fell in love with this house due to it being detached, on a lovely development and in a great location.

We also loved the size of the house as the rooms are large and spacious. The lounge is a great room to relax and entertain friends, with the built in tv, soundbar and fireplace creating a great centre piece in the room. The electric fire creates a cosy and warm feel to the room.

The master bedroom is a particularly great size with built in wardrobes an en-suite, as well as a large main bathroom. The driveway allows for two cars to park and there is a single garage too. Grey slate chips have also been laid to the front of the house to allow for further parking for visitors cars. With the house being new, there is minimal maintenance and great insulation. The rooms are airy and bright, with lots of large windows and glass double doors that open out to the landscaped garden.

The AstroTurfed garden feels like an outdoor room to further enjoy spending time, and an extra patio has been laid at the end of the garden to enjoy the sun for most of the day. We have been lucky to have wonderful neighbours and a great sense of community feel here.
