TENANT INFORMATION

The asking rent does not include charges that may be payable before and/or during the duration of the tenancy, therefore you may be required to make one or more of the following permitted payments:

Our joining process is completely contactless, “paperwork" is digital, viewings are virtual (although physical viewings we can do too), you can even meet your new housemates via video call. We can accommodate short term lets as we know it‘s a tricky time to commit to a 6 months stay.

We‘ve made adjustments across all areas, cleaning, maintenance, signage, safety system testing, ppe use etc. Our snug community continues to provide friendship, laughs and support during these trying times. Face to face events haven‘t been possible, so we‘ve moved online with quizzes, exercise sessions, cooking lessons, gaming competitions, casual meet ups, basically anything we can think of to help out!

Our homes offer the perfect space to work from home with desks in rooms and high speed broadband throughout the house. There are cosy communal areas to relax with your new housemates, the outside garden space is an added bonus for house bbq‘s or even taking the office outside!

Snug was formed in 2015, we are a group of friends who are full time, professional landlords and members of the uk‘s leading network providing high quality house shares for working progessionals. We care passionately about our houses, we don‘t use agents and personally meet all new housemates to ensure they are friendly and sociable working professionals (typically in their 20‘s and 30‘s).
