TENANT INFORMATION

Bills

Currently have Sky TV/internet and a cleaner who comes fortnightly. These are all included in bills along with the usual‘s like water, gas and electricity which in total come to about £80-90 a month.

Housemates

All young professionals who like to hang out together in the evenings watching movies/shit TV and have occasional nights in the local pub the Tap (when it was open :( only about 8 houses down) but we also have our own lives. We are looking for someone likeminded who will fit in well with the house.

There are currently 3 girls, and one guy.
