Mainline railway stations can be found at Hungerford and Newbury, giving a direct service to London Paddington taking approximately 64 minutes and 41 minutes, respectively. Heathrow Airport is approximately 55 miles, along the M4 motorway.
Local amenities can be found in the village of Ramsbury, which include a shop and post office for everyday amenities as well as two pubs. Further afield, Hungerford, Marlborough and Newbury provide comprehensive facilities including restaurants, hotels and well-renowned supermarkets. To the north, Lambourn offers specialist Equine Veterinary Centres and tack shops to cater for the Equestrian Community.
