TENANT INFORMATION

This spacious carpeted living room overlooks the bowling green in central Dawlish. There is an electric recliner chair but otherwise is unfurnished. Plenty of powerpoints and big airy windows with light. It receives lovely sunshine during the day. Emergency pullcord. TV socket and aerial socket in this room.

Bedroom

A comfortable size bedroom with twin wardrobes. The righthand cupboard houses the water tank and heating system. There is an emergency pullcord in the bedroom. Plenty of plug points. The window opens onto the back corridor, shared by two other residents, so very quiet. At the back there is a lovely view of the back gardens of Brooklands.

Kitchen

A small kitchen but adequate for a couple. A new cooker with extractor hood is supplied and the worktop and taps have been recently replaced. Lino floor. Plumbing for a washing machine. Small undercounter fridge would fit but neither fridge nor washing machine are supplied. Adequate cupboard space.

Bathroom

Comfortable size bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath with a shower curtain. Pedastal basin and normal toilet. Lino flooring. Bathroom cabinet. Emergency cord in the bathroom.

Corridor and hallway

Carpeted. Has an electric heater and broom cupboard. Emergency speaker in the corridor. Emergency system is monitored and tested.
