Description

113.38 acres on both sides of Dam Road with over 6,000 ft of road frontage and approximately 1,800 feet of underground electric, with 3 electric stations, one of which is 400 phase electric and an electric outlet for power equipment located at the top of a knoll on the North side of Dam Road.
