Description

This portion of Harbor Meadows is a Town approved subdivision of 10 surveyed lots. Cleared, landscaped with evergreen trees, and ready to build upon. Terrain is relatively level and the soil beneath is deep, giving homeowners the opportunity to consider a basement in their building plans. Five of the lots border Stony Creek with a combined total of ~1,400u2019 of stream frontage. Access to the lots is via Harbor Creek Drive which ends at the southern border of the parcel.
