The Captain John Hulbert House at 6 Union Street perfectly blends classic luxury, historic architecture, and modern amenities to create a four-level Sag Harbor home in the heart of the historic district. A full-service elevator and primary and secondary staircases provide easy access to all four levels of the home. The recently reappointed lower level includes an additional 1,500 sq. ft. of living space that features a media room, gym, and two extra bedrooms, as well as the second of two laundry rooms that include custom cabinetry.
