Walk out the back yard to the river below the cabin and start catching breakfast. The cabin has both central propane heat and a airtight woodstove for winter heat and fantastic large front and back decks for enjoying the outdoors both summer and winter. You will find you spend much of your time in the warm season outside on the deck listening to the water in the Stanislaus River cascading down over the boulders, maybe having a cocktail or glass of wine and just relaxing, possibly catching up on some of that reading you have not made time for in awhile, unless of course you are not fishing or hiking / biking, or hanging out at Pinecrest Lake just a couple of miles up the road (you can walk there up the old road to Pinecrest which is now a dirt road in a few minutes). So much to do in the Strawberry area for you and family / friends. It is winter not so maybe you want to head to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort 15 minutes up the road, or go for a snow mobile ride, snowshoeing / cross country skiing, it is all there waiting for you. If you are looking for an investment cabin you can rent part of the time and use part of the time this cabin has an amazing rental history with a huge repeat business, partly do to the great cabin it is and also because of the great location it has. Time to start thinking of taking time away from the busy world and slow down, at least for a few days now and then. Internet is very fast so if you need to do a bit of work while getting away you can do that while sitting of the back deck, but be careful the river may be calling you to grab your fishing pole andu2026 well you know the rest of the story.
