Description

Location: This recreational property is located in the heart of the Sans Bois Mountain range in a very remote and secluded wilderness-type setting surrounded by several miles of privately owned timberlands and several large acreage cattle ranches. The property is located in South-eastern Oklahoma about 5.5 miles northwest of the small town of Red Oak, Oklahoma. Fort Smith, Arkansas is about a 1.5 hr drive, Oklahoma City is about 3 hours away and Dallas, Texas is about a 3.5 hr drive. GPS Coordinates: 35.008231, -95.150424 Services: This is an Off-Grid Property - u2022 Rural Electricity: This is a very remote and sparsely populated area with no electrical grid service anywhere close to the property (over 2 miles away). u2022 Solar: There are several nice cabin building locations with nice views that have great south-facing exposure offering optimum solar system efficiency. A solar system could be installed. u2022 Water Well: Water wells are commonly drilled in this area.
