There is electric service available at the road if desired. In the winter this property is right along the county snowmobile trail and is just 15 minutes from Peek 'n Peak to ski or golf. The 1522-acre Mount Pleasant State Forest lands are less than a mile up the road and the Westside Overland Trail system comes close by here in every direction.
