Larger than most Recreation Residences, this 2-story cabin offers a great view of the ski slopes and National Forest. Only a few minutes drive into the Village of Big Bear Lake and the Ski Resorts. Conveniently located near all the action; however, you are still in the National Forest where you'll experience a feeling of remoteness. There is no cabin behind this one and feel free to hike in the woods surrounding it. The exterior can use some TLC and the price reflects the work needed to bring this cabin back up to its beautiful self. US Forest Service does need to approve the color you pick out.
