The renowned Otselic River is literally a few miles down the road from this property and offers excellent fishing for Brown trout, brook trout, smallmouth bass, and walleye, among other species. Winter sports in this area include snowmobiling on the many state & local trail systems nearby as well as downhill skiing & snowboarding in the winter at the Greek Peak Mountain Resort only 15 miles away, while in the summer zip lining, Sky Tours & mountain coaster rides are available as well. In addition, Dorchester Park and the Whitney Point Reservoir is 14 miles away and offers a 1200 acre lake renowned for walleye, bass, perch and crappie fishing, a public beach, picnic areas and boat launch. Amenities and shopping are available in Cincinnatus, only 4.7 miles away. More shopping, restaurants & entertainment are available in Cortland 25 minutes away & Binghamton in less than 45 minutes.
