Poulton is an area of the town of Wallasey, on the Wirral Peninsula, England. It is bordered by Liscard to the north, Seacombe and Egremont to the east and the Wallasey Pool - which gave the area its name - to the south.
History
Originally a small fishing and farming hamlet, Poulton developed in the 19th century through the expansion of the docks and associated industries, becoming part of Poulton-cum-Seacombe before the two areas split.
Transport
Poulton Road is the main street that runs through this area, with Rostherne Avenue, Mill Lane and Gorsey Lane amongst others connecting to it.
Close to a selection of schools including Liscard Primary, Somerville Primary & Park Primary. Near to most secondary schools including Mosslands, Weatherhead, Oldershaw and St Mary′s.
Just a short distance from the local shops and Liscard shopping centre which include Cherry Tree Shopping Centre and Liscard Indoor Market.
Transport links nearby include a bus station for regular buses to Liverpool & Wirral destinations and easy access to M53 Motorway and Kingsway Tunnel to Liverpool

Each tenant over the age of 18 is required to complete an application.
A Guarantor is mandatory. The Guarantor MUST be a home owner. We use the Land Registry database to check all guarantors. Guarantors must also sign the tenancy on our premises with a witness (Bakewell & Horner) providing photographic ID in both cases.
To speed up the process email addresses of all referees & guarantors should be give to Bakewell & Horner upon submitting an application.
DEPOSIT

Some landlords will consider accepting a Tenant who has pets but this is their discretion.
Should you have a pet you must disclose this on your application form and your pet will be entered on your Tenancy.
Should it be found at any time that there is evidence of a pet in the property that you do not have permission for it is possible that your Landlord will ask you to vacate by giving you 2 months notice to quit.
