This house has been a part of my family for over 33 years. It is a fantastic, spacious family home and I will always have great memories of living here.The location works really well sitting in central Chingford and there′s great travel links into London which I used on a daily basis when working in the City.

Ridgeway Park is right across the road and is a really handy and well used green space.The Greene Man pub which is also across the road has always been a handy place to meet friends over the years and enjoy a pint or a meal.
