Two further good sized double bedrooms lead off the landing, both with fitted wardrobes and south facing aspects and are served by the well appointed family bathroom.

The highly popular and picturesque village of Geddington offers the historic 13th century Queen Eleanor Cross and bridge over the river with ford, as well as a wealth of amenities including an excellent primary school, pub, village shop and cricket ground.

An abundance of plantings, established trees and hedging adds both colour and privacy to the garden. A block paved patio with barbecue area and pergola is perfect for alfresco dining.
