Description

THE WILLOW - A delightful CB Homes Constructed new build family residence with well planned accommodation providing three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an excellent location within a select development

Please note the internal pictures have been taken from another recent CB Homes development. These pictures have been included to help show the type of the finish you can expect at Acorn Gardens, as well as the quality of work provided by CB Homes.

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

I have been an estate agent in the area since 2003. Although much has changed in that time, the desire for high quality modern housing with strong attention to detail and architectural flair has remained a constant.

CB Homes have built up an enviable and deserved reputation for excellence in all aspects of residential construction. It is encouraging to see a local company consistently deliver such quality, thought and care in their work.

With only thirteen units in total it is by nature a select and exclusive road. It has also has the advantage of being close to Leftwich County High School, which in its last 2016 inspection was rated as ‘outstanding‘.

These homes are embedded with quality, intelligently designed and have strong aesthetics. A great combination!

To know more about the site, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office. We will share the details of all interested parties registered with CB Homes.

Location

In the heart of the rural country of Cheshire, close to the market town of Northwich, Leftwich is not far from the beautiful Roman city of Chester and the picturesque towns of Knutsford and Tarporley, which feature a range of delightful pubs, bars, restaurants and shops.

Leftwich is a perfect location, with good access to local major roads, which lead to the regional motorway network. Leftwich enjoys good commuter links, just minutes from the A556, with convenient access to the M56 and M6 motorways and within easy reach of Manchester Airport.

With miles of glorious Cheshire countryside right on the doorstep, Leftwich is surrounded by a landscape rich in natural heritage.

The nearby Lion Salt Works has been voted the UK‘s best heritage project, while the famous Anderton Boat Lift is one of only two remaining working boat lifts in the UK, linking the river Weaver to the Trent and Mersey Canal. History fans will also enjoy visiting Northwich‘s Weaver Hall Museum and Workhouse, which provides a fascinating insight into the varied social, cultural and industrial history of the area.

Outdoors enthusiast will love exploring Delamere Forest, while, to the north of Northwich town centre, Northwich Woodlands offers its own green oasis to be discovered on foot, or by bicycle or on horseback.

Directions

Leaving Tarporley proceed North on the A49 in the direction of Warrington. After continuing through Cotebrook and passing Nunsmere Hall you will reach a crossroads with a Shell Petrol Station, turn right onto the A556 towards Northwich. Go through Sandiway village, past the Hartford traffic lights and over the blue bridge. Continue through the traffic lights until you reach a roundabout where you will take the first exit towards Northwich onto London Road. Proceed straight on through the crossroads with traffic lights keeping on London Road and proceeding into Leftwich. Continue past the Premier Inn and Restaurant on your right. Dunham Road is the first right turn off London Road and the site will be clearly visible.

Tenure

TENURE We believe the property is freehold tenure, this will be confirmed as part of the legal process.
