All furniture is high-quality and solid, There is an LG LED 38" TV wall mounted. The room is very bright thanks to two large windows/french doors providing tons of light.
The house - Freshly refused and redecorated, south facing property, always sunny with good-sized back garden with patio dining space. It is a very sunny sun trap with access to a large double garage to store bike, luggage and boxes. The place has gas, central heating with thermostatic valves to control individual room temperatures, double oven, washer / dryer, two fridges & two freezers, dishwasher and microwave. (including cutlery, glasses and all necessary homewares)
locaton - the house is located in the north of the city of Cambridge, we are 5 minutes by bike from Science Park, 15 minutes by bike to the city center and basically 200 meters from Guided bus stop which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes, to the train station (15 mins) and Addenbrooke‘s (20 mins).
Car users: The house is between to major junctions on the A14 to reach M11, A10 and A428 with ease.
