The town of Wadebridge also offers an excellent range of facilities, whilst on the nearby coast, the famed “seven bays of St Merryn” offer superb beaches, water sports and memorable cliff top walks. The main A30 dual carriageway is only 7 miles from the property offering fast access west into Cornwall and east toward Exeter and the M5 motorway network.

General Description
Extending to 110 acres of level or gently sloping farmland, Bogee comprises a diverse property boasting the charm and character of a traditional Cornish farm whilst benefitting from various and significant income streams as a result of a programme of investment in renewable energy sources and tourism. The property provides a kitchen and breakfast room, dining room and sitting room downstairs with utility cupboard and w.c plus three bedrooms, box room, bathroom and separate w.c on the first floor.
