Description

Set in a delightful plot of a little under an acre, enjoying superb views and with ample parking and double garage - a superb 2018 build individual detached house of excellent quality

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This is a great home for those who want the combination of character and individuality with the reassurance of modern design and high grade build quality. Having been constructed in 2018 to an excellent design, this property is an excellent all rounder.

The plot is terrific - a very well planned 0.95 acre with ample parking and turning space, lovely landscaped gardens and a double garage.

Internally there the house has many appealing elements that include an oak staircase, bespoke fireplace with wood burning stove, fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

The design is excellent with a large kitchen / family room being the real highlight - a full height window and bi fold doors opening on to the Indian Stone Al Fresco dining make this a really outstanding living concept. Every room in the house is of impressive dimension and in total there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is a superb family home.

In terms of lifestyle, those who enjoy one or all of great Chinese food, a quality local pub / restaurant, visiting a thriving village store or hopping on the train and going into Chester will be pleased with this location! Plus of course the very close proximity to the gem of Cheshire - Delamere Forest. This is a great area for those who enjoy walking and the outdoors. Come and enjoy this unique house in the heart of beautiful countryside.

The vendors are looking to downsize and will only be able to proceed to the legal and survey process when they have found a suitable property.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
