We are delighted that all our FineRooms houses are proud to have great Eco credentials. Our houses are all designed to be energy efficient with up-to-date heating and resource management. All cleaning materials and dishwasher cleaners are provided and replenished regularly and are fully environmentally friendly. Recycling is actively encouraged as are the principles of reduce, reuse and up-cycling. Some housemates even regularly send old clothes and unwanted items to charities.

We take everyone‘s safety very seriously. Virtual viewings, check-ins and checkouts are in place and we strongly recommend any physical viewings or meetings will be conducted with safe distancing and with face covering masks.
The house is supplied and stocked up with hand sanitiser, hand-wash and cleaning equipment in order to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.
Regular updates are also given to tenants to stay in step with current Government advice.
