Description

Set in a south facing 0.12 acre corner plot, offering over 1500 square feet and in a prime position within walking distance of Tattenhall High Street - a distinctive and stylish semi detached house

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This is a fabulous house, with a distinctive architectural style, a south facing 0.12 acre corner plot and numerous features of appeal. It is located within one of the most picturesque and attractive villages in the County - the ever popular Tattenhall, which has an extensive range of amenities and a ‘good‘ OFSTED rated primary school within walking distance.

The key elements to note regarding the inside are space, flexibility and condition.

Space - over 1500 square feet. This is noticeably bigger than many detached houses in the village and accordingly delivers not just a very good number of rooms, but all spaces of great proportion.

Flexibility of layout is also hugely impressive. The obvious gathering spaces are the living room with wood burning stove that is over 25 feet long and the terrific and really well equipped dining kitchen, which overlooks the south facing garden. As for the other spaces, well take your pick! The two other rooms at ground floor could be used as home offices, bedrooms or hobby rooms. This makes the house so adaptable. At first floor level three double bedrooms (the principal room has a dressing room off) are served by a family bathroom and separate shower room.

As for condition, well again, this is a real plus. The kitchen and bathrooms both enjoy underfloor heating and are all in great modern order as this is a home that requires a minimal capital spend - it can be enjoyed on day one.

Corner plots are always desirable and this is not just a good size (circa 0.12 acre) but also south facing. To the front there is a large double width driveway.

Tattenhall has had a great year in terms of property sales and desirability - I am sure this great house will command strong market attention.
