Vendors Comment

As first time buyers with not a huge budget for a house, we thought this was very good buy as it has a feel of a house because of the private entrance and private garden. On the inside it‘s a very good size 2 bedroom maisonette with lots of storage space and with an accessible loft and good size rooms. It‘s very bright. The location is convenient as it is only a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre, the bus stop is a 3 minute walk and the local shop at 1 minute. We have loved living here and we hope the next owners will love it as much as we did.

Agents Comment

This is a lovely Maisonette! The current owners have done a great job modernising the kitchen and bathroom, and also replacing the boiler! One of the huge selling points to this home is that it has its own garden...this is rare with apartments and maisonettes! As well as being a perfect first time purchase, this is also an excellent buy-to-let opportunity, and would be very popular too with tenants!

Area Comment

Camberley is a vibrant town located less than 40 miles South West of London, with excellent commuter links via the M3, M4 and numerous mainline train stations nearby. The town centre offers an array of local and chain shops and restaurants, while also offering excellent recreational amenities with a brand new leisure centre soon to be completed and excellent golf clubs via Camberley Heath, Pine Ridge and Windlesham to name but a few. There are outstanding areas for cyclists, runners, walking and dog walkers alike with Barossa Common just a few minutes away from the property. There are also a range of excellent local schools to cater for all ages of education.
