Description

If you have a bigger-than-average family you’ll need a bigger-than-average family home. And this one’s great.

Let’s talk about the bedrooms first.

There are four double bedrooms, two with stylish en-suites.

The best of them all is more like a master suite, with the bedroom and en-suite shower room taking up the whole of the top floor.

In addition to the four doubles there’s a single bedroom and a room in the ground floor garage conversion. This versatile room is currently a home office / playroom, but it could be a gym, a games room, or even a fifth double bedroom.

Thankfully there’s also plenty of space downstairs if you have a large family.

There’s a spacious lounge at the front and an open plan kitchen and dining room which runs the full width of the property.

The kitchen is modern, fresh and well equipped.

There’s a conservatory attached to the dining room, overlooking the rear garden.

The garden is neat and low maintenance, with a mix of paving and artificial grass.

With access from the kitchen and conservatory it will be perfect for summer entertaining - especially as it has its own bar!

Hazelgrove is a lovely modern development on the edge of the village, with rolling fields and great sea views on your doorstep.

Seaton has plenty to offer, with local shops, three pubs, a takeaway and a One Stop local supermarket all within walking distance.

For families with younger children, the nearby Seaton Academy infant school is rated Outstanding by Ofsted. It’s a fifteen minute walk or a couple of minutes in the car.

If you have older kids, St Joseph‘s High School in Workington is closest - it’s a 30 minute bus ride or 10 minute drive.

Seaton village is great if you need to get to Workington for work but don’t want to live in town. Jump in the car and you can be in the town centre in just over five minutes.

And even though the garage has been converted there’s ample parking on the drive for a couple of cars.

You don’t often find a five/six bedroom detached property on a family friendly, village estate like this. You would normally have to consider a period property in town or something self built and significantly more expensive.

If you have a large family or more than one generation living under the same roof this could be ideal.

Don’t miss out - call today to arrange a viewing.

About Mark Buchanan – Powered by eXp

i‘m Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county. Having worked in property since 2012 I have developed a true passion for all things property and love helping people to both buy and sell their homes. With that in mind, my aim is to offer something very different for estate agency in the area, with a true customer centric focus where the customer at the heart of everything that I do, and eXp gives me the framework to do just that. Instead of dealing with multiple people within an office, i‘ll be there as your personal property consultant to guide you through the process from the initial valuation right up to the key handover. I‘ll be there when you need me, seven days a week, outside of the typical 9-5. By focusing on quality rather than quantity, sellers will no longer be just another instruction. We‘ll work together to create a bespoke service that‘s as unique as your property.
