Description

Station Court is a small development of just 5 houses (1 detached and 4 semi-detached) which were built in 2015 and carry the remainder of the builders’ warranty. Presented over 3 floors, this lovely semi-detached house provides 1270 sqft of accommodation and being at the end of the small cul-de-sac, there’s no passing traffic. As would be expected, the house is very efficient, having been built to exceed modern regulations and with mains gas central heating and uPVC double glazing, it’s a warm and efficient home to own.

Internally, the house is presented in fantastic condition which compliments the contemporary design of the house. There is plenty of light which welcomes you in the entrance hall and the well fitted kitchen/dining room is ideal for families. At the back of the ground floor is a spacious living room with double doors opening onto the rear garden. An all important WC completes the ground floor. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with the family bathroom, again all light and well presented. On the second floor is a beautiful principal bedroom with a large ensuite shower room which also doubles as a laundry space (this is a great idea and saves the unnecessary movement of laundry over all floors!).

Being at the end of the small cul-de-sac, the house benefits from off-road parking for 2/3 vehicles and there’s no passing traffic. A gate to the side (or through the house) takes you to the rear garden which has been recently landscaped to produce a useable garden all year round. There are areas of paving and decking, plus a lawn so it’s ideal for families or those with pets as it’s secure and well laid out.

Please see the floorplan for room sizes.

DIRECTIONS :?From Crediton, proceed on the A377 to Copplestone. Go through the traffic lights, bearing right onto the one way system and staying on the A377. Soon after the one way system ends, take a right turn into Station Road and follow signs to the station. Just after the station, on the left is Station Court and No.5 is on the right hand side.

COPPLESTONE is a 5-minute drive west of Crediton on the A377, a main route into the City of Exeter. A stone’s throw to the southwest is Dartmoor National Park, renowned for its invigorating walks and sublime scenery. Previously a traditional farming hamlet, Copplestone has grown over the years, and now offers a fantastic selection of new-build, fully modern homes. This, coupled with its own primary school and locality to Queen Elizabeth’s Community College in Crediton, makes it perfect for families moving to Devon. The village has a strong camaraderie between residents, with a local church holding many events. There is a 3m carved granite cross, found in the village centre of Saxon origin and steeped in mythology. There is also a shop/post office for convenience, and regular transport links (bus and train) towards Exeter, North Devon and Okehampton.
