Description

Enjoying wonderful open views, set in a plot of 0.20 acre and located at the head of a tucked away no through road, a stylish, spacious and charismatic detached house with integral double garage

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

There are presently no detached houses for sale within Little Budworth village in the range of £600,000 to £700,000. Accordingly, this super detached house, our first instruction of the new year, is anticipated to create excellent levels of market interest.

The location is superb, with the plot extending to circa 0.20 acre and the grounds incorporating lovely formal gardens, extensive off road parking and views of open countryside to the rear.

The house is noticeable for its excellent levels of natural light, impressive room dimensions and a layout that offers tremendous versatility. Features of note are the parquet flooring in the entrance hall, living room and dining room. Additionally there is a superb wood burning stove in the living room and the conservatory that runs along the back of the house overlooking the garden. At first floor level there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with the two larger bedrooms at opposite ends of the landing.

This is also a house that is really practical. There are excellent storage options throughout the house and the present owners have also been meticulous and thorough in the ongoing maintenance of the house. It has been a home and location they have greatly enjoyed.

This is a home that is individual, charismatic and also homely and inviting. With ample space both inside and out and a position within strolling distance of pub, church, play area and Oulton Park, you really can enjoy a happy new year by coming to view.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
