Entrance Hall Reception Room Open-Plan Kitchen/Dining Utility Room Downstairs WC Cellar Master Bedroom Bedroom 2 with Ensuite and Walk-In Wardrobe 2 Further Double Bedrooms Family Bathroom 120ft Rear Gardens Decking Area Garden Shed
Beautifully designed and sympathetically modernised, this Victorian town house provides all the character and charm of a period property with the benefit of being newly renovated and extended, providing the perfect family home. Northview has been finished to an excellent standard meaning it is completely ready to move in to. The 120ft gardens have been zoned into entertaining areas with mature fruit trees providing privacy and a mixture of path, grass, and decking areas. The main living space is open-plan and the kitchen, with island and breakfast bar, is the heart of the home and can house a large dining table, ideal for large families and entertaining. The practical utility room with Belfast sink, keeps the laundry separate from the kitchen. The kitchen is light and bright with skylight and door to the garden and a woodburning Charnwood stove in the original marble fire surround.
The accommodation is arranged over four floors with cellar storage in the basement, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and 2 further bedrooms, one with ensuite, on the second floor.
The Property
Entrance Classically designed front paving with laurel hedging and wrought-ironwork welcome you into the entrance hall of this Victorian property. With coat hooks, shelving and space for boot/shoe storage, the tiled entrance hall is a practical and attractive entrance to the property.
Hallway The original pine front door with stained glass now acts as an inner door to the hallway. The stripped pine floorboards, Victorian corbels and half-panelled walls are immediately striking.
Reception Room The sitting room at the front of the property has original pine floorboards and a stunning bay window with modern slatted shutters. The Charnwood stove on slate hearth is the central feature of the room, flanked by spot-lit shelved alcoves and cupboards using reclaimed pine doors from the original property. A charming and cosy space, well-connected to the hub of the home whilst providing privacy in the evenings.
Dining/Family Room At the heart of the home is an enormous space, full of character with original marble mantlepiece surrounding another Charnwood stove, stripped pine floorboards and half-panel walls warm the dining area while natural stone flooring runs through the kitchen, utility, and WC. The striking blend of old and new continues with exposed brick feature wall, solid wooden worktops and a skylit extension leading out on the garden terraces. The large kitchen island allows for a breakfast bar, Belfast sink with boiling and filtered water tap and integrated dishwasher. The Neff appliances of hide-and-slide oven, 6-ring induction hob and modern extractor are juxtaposed with the solid wood and natural stone.
Utility Room & WC Up a step off the kitchen is a utility room with built-in base units and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a Belfast sink with window over and Worcester combi boiler as well as a pully clothes airer or Sheila Maid. The WC is beautifully tiled with blue Zellig wall tiles and has a small window to the garden.
Cellar Below the stairs is a concertina door down to the cellar that is currently unconverted. There is plenty of storage space and could provide further living space, if necessary, subject to planning.

What Other Related Technologies Does PropertyHeads Use, and Why?
Tracking Pixels: Our advertising partners may use tracking pixels or similar technology to measure the success of the sponsored posts or other advertising products they use.
