Poets Corner is just minutes away, a highly sought after alternative to Walthamstow Village, where the variety of boutique style shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants offer all of the benefits of Orford Road, but without the hefty price tag for the privilege. Whether it be a pizza at Yard Sale, a drink or two in The Bell or some street food from the weekend farmers market which is held in the grounds of the William Morris Gallery, youll never be lost for options, and wed highly recommend a stroll through Lloyd park just after which is just at the end of the street. School catchment areas are great with Winns, Hillyfield and Greenleaf primary schools being close by and make this property ideal for a growing family.

Comments from the vendor:

We have lived in Walthamstow for the bones of 8 years so have experience of the area as a couple and as a couple with a baby. Theres so much to do in both scenarios. We have made great daily use of Lloyd Park, then there are the Wetlands & canal for any longer runs or walks. Always things going on in the village especially now as a mom on maternity leave. Then there‘s all the events and fleas etc at Big Penny social and the Blackhorse Beer Mile only a walk away too so no excuse not to get out and see friends. Collab and Yardsale are our eatery staples and there‘s literally any and every service so close on Hoe Street or Walthamstow Central - the location is so handy.
