Description

Enjoying a prime position just off Tattenhall High Street, a superbly constructed detached house in a select private no through road, with double garage, ample parking, landscaped garden and excellent views
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
What a house, what a location, what a view, what a plot!

From Cookes Court you can reach all the amenities of Tattenhall within just a short stroll from your door. It is a village with great community spirit and beautiful historic buildings. It enjoys tremendous popularity for good reason, with an excellent geographical position combining with an impressive range of day to day amenities. This particular house forms part of a little known elevated private road, with just a handful of properties,. This particular house was originally constructed for a director of the developer and accordingly was built comprehensively to an enhanced specification

It has been a much loved family home, with practicality and style combining to make this a home that caters for families at various different stages. There are large and impressive rooms throughout and tremendous versatility, with the accommodation spread over three floors.

At ground floor there is an elegant hallway, three reception rooms and a lovely open plan kitchen with utility adjoining. The top two floors provide five double bedrooms, two en suites, two bathrooms and plenty of scope to create home office spaces within rooms if required.

The unique selling proposition here is not just the house, but crucially the location. The views to the rear incorporates the village recreation club if you like tennis and cricket on occasion and the sense of space and openness all year round, this is the ideal proposition. The garden itself is blessed with some beautiful mature trees and has been landscaped to incorporate lawns and patios, the combination of which provides a superb visual backdrop. On a practical level there is extensive off road parking and a detached double garage.

At just under 3000 square feet of internal space, this house offers terrific value for money an a viewing is strongly advised.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
