This has been the most amazing place to live. Surrounded by trees with views from the sitting room over the garden and beyond, its like living in a very accessible tree house. The south facing sitting room with balcony means that the flat is flooded with light and the balcony is perfect for soaking up the sun with a beer and listening to the birds. The balcony is also big enough for an outdoor sofa and plenty of plants. It feels like being in the countryside in the heart of Crystal Palace, close to so many great bars, restaurants and shops


Being purpose built, the flat is incredibly well proportioned and spacious. Its well insulated and warm and feels very safe. Its rare to find a property thats so well maintained. We have a cleaner for the communal areas and a regular gardener yet the maintenance costs, along with buildings insurance are the lowest Ive ever experienced.

There are great transport links just 25 minutes into either London Bridge or Victoria and very regular buses to travel around South London. I have a car and there is free off street parking right outside.
