Description

Enjoying terrific rural views and set in a lovely plot of 0.17 acre with Eaton village, an eco efficient detached bungalow with solar panels, comprehensively refurbished in the last twelve months
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

Ever find yourself running out of time? Ever yearned for the flexibility of a single storey dwelling? Dream of having a rural view and beautiful garden? Want reasonable ongoing running costs by virtue of solar panels? If the answer to all these questions is yes, this terrific individual bungalow, in the heart of Eaton village, is an excellent option.

The current owner is now relocating out of the area, with the new owner set to yield the benefit of an extensive improvement and renovation programme that has taken place in the last twelve months.

Internally, the property is ideal for those with busy lives who lack time to undertake projects. The recent works include complete decoration throughout, energy efficient LED lighting throughout, new pressurised hot water cylinder, new carpets and curtains throughout, fitted wardrobes to all three bedrooms, completely new high specification family bathroom and the kitchen benefits from new Neff kitchen appliances and new washer/ dryer.

The layout is very flexible with scope to use each room for purposes that suit the future buyer.

What I admire most about the current owners programme of works is that they have invested not only in the inside but also the outside and garage as well, making this a complete package of quality.

The garage has an electrically operated garage door with automatic light sensor, mezzanine storage space and a new personnel door to rear.

The garden is principally laid to lawn and is beautifully stocked with plants and flowering plants and in addition to being private and mature, it also has excellent rural views. There is recently installed feature lighting in the garden, stylish lighting installed into the front access steps and also the installation of security lights and cameras to front and rear.

Detached bungalows are a rare offering to the market this close to Tarporley, and being in excellent order and priced competitively, I anticipate strong levels of interest.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
