Description

Set in a glorious plot of 0.17 acre plot, offered with no chain and located in the heart of Cuddington village, a lovely individual three bedroom detached bungalow offering significant potential.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This distinctive, charming and unique detached bungalow is located in the heart of Cuddington village, within walking distance of a host of amenities. It is by any standard an excellent location of significant convenience.

The bungalow itself has a rich history having been at one point the village Doctors surgery. It has the benefit of a fantastic plot of 0.17 acre, which faces south and has a beautiful garden that is mature, well stocked and private in equal measure.

Internally the bungalow offers plenty of space with 1227 square feet including the garage. The price has been set to reflect the fact that the bungalow now requires modernisation throughout but in many ways this is central to the appeal of the property, as the future owner can implement their own ideas, design and quality. There is also, subject to planning the potential to extend.

The bungalow is offered for sale with no ongoing chain.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
