Description

Superb three bedroom, three en suite high specification Redrow built Oxford Lifestyle house, on the edge of Chester City, with solar panels, excellent eco credentials and good size garden.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

They say that supply and demand is key to any market and given that this is the only Oxford Lifestyle presently available on this super development and given its proven popularity, we anticipate significant interest.

Key to understanding this terrific detached house is the fantastic and unstinting specification, with the present owners customising the property with a lavish and extensive series of extras and fishing touches.

At ground floor level a superb kitchen dining family room is the highlight. This room has large four panel patio windows, two of which are doors onto patio, a double oven and ring ceramic hob. The utility room offers space for a washing machine and tumble dryer whilst also providing access into the garden The living room at the front has a feature bay window.

The upstairs layout is particularly luxurious, with three large double bedrooms, each with an en suite. The principal bedroom is spectacular, with a large bay window and the bedroom , dressing room and ensuite spread over half of property. The large dressing area has two large double mirrored sliding wardrobes either side of dressing area and aerial point. Even the landing is impressive! It has a large airing cupboard, cupboard housing tank to provide hot water for three showers to operate correctly at same time and meter for solar panels.

Practicality is provided with a single garage and double width driveway whilst the garden to the rear is of a good size and offers both patio and lawn.

For a personal description of the please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
