Description

This delightful two bedroom home is sure to impress thanks to its excellent presentation and offers a very strong location within Hartford village, landscaped front and rear gardens and driveway parking for two cars

Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

This brilliant home was built back in 1993 and thankfully has been very well cared for ever since, especially by its current owners. As such the presentation of the home is sure to impress with an excellent standard of finish throughout.

Along with redecoration the current owners have made some more significant improvements. These have included a brand new kitchen, new bathroom suite and new downstairs toilet, new skirting throughout as well as new light fittings and sockets. With all these improvements and more the home is sure to impress and as such a viewing is highly recommended.

Internally the property begins with the entrance hall and adjoining cloakroom, this leads through to the front living room with a lovely gas fireplace as its focal point. At the rear of the ground floor is the modern kitchen and dining area, a very bright space with plenty of natural light coming in from the double doors that open on to the patio.

On the first floor can be found the two bedrooms. The principal bedroom is a comfortable double room and benefits from fitted wardrobes whilst the second bedroom to the rear offers either a single bedroom or potential home office if required. Both bedrooms are served by the main family bathroom which houses both a full-size bath and separate shower.

The home enjoys a terrific arrival thanks to the newly laid porcelain footpath leading to the front door with colourful plants running alongside. Those familiar with the old saying `West is best will be pleased to hear the rear garden is West facing and as such enjoys plenty of sunshine through the afternoon and evening. This area has been landscaped to offer patio, lawn and bedding areas with the shed at the back of the plot offering external storage. There is a very helpful private pathway leading from the driveway to the rear garden providing access.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
