Description

Set in a delightful garden and having been extended, enhanced and remodelled, terrific family home in Bunbury village, located within a short stroll of the Dysart Arms Pub Restaurant and iconic Church

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

Not a single house has sold in Church Row for three years, which perfectly captures what a rare buying opportunity this is. It is at a lovely end of the village with the Dysart Arms and Church providing delightful buildings and facilities on the doorstep, whilst those who enjoy walking can either enjoy walks through fields or along the nearby canal.

The house itself has a TARDIS like quality, opening out into an excellent layout that optimises living space and comfort and provides great flexibility. The breakfast kitchen provides the hub of day to day living and there are also three additional reception rooms and three bedrooms. The full layout is indicated on the floorplan. The house is in good decorative order throughout.

The garden is a treat, being established, not overlooked to the rear and of a generous size. To the front there is driveway parking.

So, on the basis of recent activity, it may be another three years until a house like this in this part of Bunbury becomes available, so dont be shy to book a viewing and see all it has to offer.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
