Description

Offering fantastic value for money and with viewing essential, a beautifully extended and utterly charming three bedroom semi detached house with south facing garden and versatile garden room.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This is a super house, which follows on from our very successful marketing and sale of a similar period home in Willaston Road, just round the corner. The house is in excellent condition and really stylish, both inside and out.

The house comprises a bay fronted period semi detached residence, that is in terrific internal condition, has off road driveway parking, a large landscaped south facing garden and is not overlooked to the rear. The versatile garden room can be storage area, home gym, hobby room or work from home office.

This is a home that would be ideal for working professionals or growing families and has a layout, specification and style that is both ideal and impressive in equal measure. There are several stand out features that include an open plan breakfast kitchen that opens directly to the garden, two further reception rooms and an excellent first floor family bathroom that is both large and beautifully appointed.

The present layout is in a two bedroom format on the first floor with a loft room/storage area on the second floor. The total size is circa 1377 square feet including garden room.

The garden has been heavily invested into with great landscaping and is a real feature.

Close to the historic town of Nantwich and the highly convenient Crewe Railway Station, the location is very appealing and there are also good amenities for day to day life quite literally on the doorstep. The house is offered with no chain and is excellent value for money.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.

Location

Willaston is a highly popular location, with regular bus routes offering access to both Crewe and Nantwich. For commuters on the road, there is ease of access onto the A500, M6, A530 and A51. The village centre of Willaston has two public houses (The Lamb and The Nag‘s Head) and a social club, while an off-licence provides local produce and day to day goods. Another pub, The Peacock, is situated to the north-west of the village centre, on Crewe Road (the A534). Alongside The Peacock pub is a hotel operated by Premier Inn.

The social club offers many social events ranging from children‘s activities to various tribute bands and acts. The club has a pool teams, a snooker team, 7-a-side football teams, darts and dominoes team and a ladies darts team.
Willaston Primary School is the only education establishment in the village. For children of pre-school age, there is an Ofsted registered playgroup in the village.

Nearby Nantwich is a charming and historic market town in South Cheshire. Found in some of Cheshire‘s most idyllic countryside Nantwich provides a wealth of period buildings, 12th Century church, cobbled streets, independent boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, historic market hall, superb sporting and leisure facilities with an outdoor saltwater pool, riverside walks, lake and nearby canal network with highly regarded Junior and Senior schooling.
