Description

A significantly upgraded, high specification modern mews with off road parking for two cars, beautifully landscaped garden and a radically improved interior, packed full of quality features.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

People often buy a new build with the benefits of energy efficiency and low maintenance in mind. This gem of a property has both those advantages (there are solar panels installed) and several in addition, having been subject to a full refurbishment and many enhancements since its purchase from new in 2021.

The owners have gone through every detail of the house and thoughtfully upgraded many key areas so as to create a first class modern mews home that balances practicality with style and superb aesthetics.
A real highlight is the rear garden which been transformed by virtue of Indian Stone patio, new turf and superb fencing to all boundaries. The garden is surprisingly private and links to the house via bi fold doors.

Internally the improvements works have incorporated new floor coverings, upgraded tiling, a feature mirror wall in main reception area, complete redecoration throughout, installation of contemporary fireplace, new bi fold doors leading to the garden and a feature wall and fitted wardrobes to the main bedroom.

The room sizes are also impressive and with three bedrooms, an en suite, family bathroom and the large open plan living area, there is ample room her for families or professional couples.

This house is priced competitively to account for the proximity to the A51 and also enjoys a fantastically convenient position in a central location between both Tarporley and Nantwich.

For a personal description of the property or to book a viewing please contact the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
