As we begin to start our family, were looking to relocate closer to our loved ones. Although we have cherished our time here, its the right moment for us to make this change.
We have invested in the property giving it a fresh and inviting feel with a new kitchen, flooring and redecoration throughout the flat. The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable living environment that weve enjoyed greatly.
Weve loved being part of this community, particularly with such friendly neighbours and an array of local amenities. Theres a wonderful selection of food options nearby, and were close to the local market and plenty of green spaces. Being on the cusp of London and Surrey has allowed us to easily visit the city and take longer trips out of London.
Transport has been a big bonus. East and South Croydon Stations are just a short walk away, providing quick 20-minute journeys into central London, along with excellent bus and tram links.
As we prepare to move, we will truly miss the space, our great neighbours and all that the area has to offer.'
