After browsing at a few properties, as soon as we stepped into Leon House we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. What first struck us was how spacious the living area was and how bright and beautiful the light that shone through the large windows was. We loved the modern feel of the flat, the sleek bathroom design and the homey-feel we sensed in all rooms. We could really imagine having lots of cosy, chill evenings here and that has certainly been true.
What really sealed the deal on this flat was the small wardrobe space that came with the bedroom - this was actually completely empty when we moved in but we were certain we wanted to invest in a good quality fitted wardrobe to make it feel as luxurious as possible. It has since been fitted with shelves and hanging space by Sharps, and it has truly been worth every penny. Another nice touch was the underfloor heating, we always hated how bulky and unattractive radiators can be so loved feeling the heating warming up the flat from the floor in the winter instead.
As well as the flat itself having so many amazing qualities, the building has so much to offer - the friendly concierge is a lovely touch, and the rooftop garden is amazing in the summer. We often go up there for a few drinks and games of table tennis, its been a great place to chill in the sun.
Everyone in the building is extremely friendly, and weve made lots of friends here since we moved in also. We have a community Facebook page where people can ask for advice or share local news, and during lockdown a few committees were created and are still standing strong with regular meet-ups. There is also a communal work space downstairs, which is great if you fancy some company while you are working away from the office. If youre an animal lover, theres also a lot of cute pets frequenting the building and people often need pet sitting! And if you have a pet or would like one, its completely animal friendly.
Weve really loved living at Leon House and planned on staying here for many years, but unfortunately need to move on due to personal circumstances changing. The last 3+ years here have treated us well and we know it will bring as much joy to its next owners.
Its extremely easy to get anywhere from East Croydon train station which is just a 15-minute walk away, and theres a huge range of bus routes available nearby too. In South Croydon in particular there are lots of lovely restaurants and bars, and there is a lot of development happening in the area so you will be spoilt with choices to keep you busy in the evenings/weekends. Also, Crushed Bean on the High Street is where youll get the best and friendliest coffee!

What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small file containing a unique identifier that is placed in the web browser of your computer or mobile device. Cookies and related technologies, such as tracking pixels, enable our systems to recognize your device and report information back to us. Such recognition helps the efficient operation of PropertyHeads, including our website and apps.
Does PropertyHeads Use Cookies?
Yes, like most websites and social networks, we use cookies in the course of providing you with our Services.
What Cookies Does PropertyHeads Use, and Why?
We use both session cookies and persistent cookies.
We use a session cookie to identify you during a particular visit to PropertyHeads. Session cookies expire after a short time, or when you close your web browser or app after using PropertyHeads.
We use a persistent cookie to identify you over a long period of time. (For example, if you asked us to keep you signed in, we would use a persistent cookie for that purpose.) Persistent cookies remain on your device for the set period of time specified in the cookie.
We use cookies to operate and improve PropertyHeads, specifically:

What Other Related Technologies Does PropertyHeads Use, and Why?
Tracking Pixels: Our advertising partners may use tracking pixels or similar technology to measure the success of the sponsored posts or other advertising products they use. A “tracking pixel” (also sometimes called web beacon, or clear GIF) is a tiny piece of code, invisible to the user, placed on a webpage or in an email and used in combination with a cookie, to link a given activity or impression back to the user; the advertiser includes it in its content so it can measure whether our members interact with that content (for example, by clicking to view an offer). We may set our own tracking pixel on an advertiser’s website so we can measure whether our members found the advertiser’s content effective or interesting, by tracking whether the sponsored post prompted members to take advantage of the advertised offer. This information helps us assess whether sponsored posts and other advertising offers are relevant and interesting to our members and successful for the advertiser.
