Description

Being sold with no onwards chain this well cared for three bedroom bungalow enjoys a private South West facing patio garden to the rear, driveway parking and a brilliant position within Tarvin village.

Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

Positioned in the heart of Tarvin this bungalow enjoys an excellent position being close to all the amenities the village has to offer. Due to the circumstances of the sale the property is being sold with no onwards chain and as such can facilitate a hassle free quick completion should that be required.

Whilst there are aspects of the home the new owner may look to update to their tastes the bungalow is nicely presented and has been very well maintained and cared for by its previous owner and as such can be enjoyed straight away.

The entrance hall leads through to the living and dining room is a brilliant space that has been cleverly designed with a central fireplace and chimney breast to help separate the two rooms whilst providing a more open plan feel. The living area is a lovely light space thanks to the large window to the front and glass sliding doors to the rear that offer views over the rear garden and open on to the patio.

Accessed via the dining area to the rear of the bungalow is the kitchen which benefits from plenty of natural light coming through the South West facing windows and the glass sliding doors provide another access onto the patio.

There are two double bedrooms with the third being a comfortable single bedroom size but could also function as and additional reception room or study if preferred. All three are served by the bathroom, which is fitted with both a full size bath and shower enclosure, as well as a separate toilet/cloakroom.

The raised patio area which links to the kitchen and living room drops down slightly onto the wider garden area that has been paved to help with ease of maintenance and enjoys excellent levels of privacy, aspects over open skies and plenty of sunshine being South West facing.

To the front and running along the side of the home the driveway offers off road parking for multiple cars and the lawn front garden helps create an attractive appearance.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
