The Property

The property is approached via Belle Orchard at the back of the property. A path leads along the back of the terrace to the gardens. An arched timber gate opens into an enclosed garden where there is a path and steps leading up to a part-glazed timber door. The door opens into a wide entrance hall with wood laminate flooring, ceiling light, radiator and telephone point. There are thickset panelled doors to the kitchen and sitting room, which feature throughout the property. The kitchen is on the left, stairs to the first floor beyond, and directly opposite, the sitting room.
