Description

"Myself and my partner have absolutely loved living on Bath Buildings, and it has been a fantastic first home. It is perfectly positioned, being only a stones throw away from all the amazing bars and restaurants on Gloucester and Cheltenham Road, and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. We love our daily dog walks in nearby Narroways Nature Reserve, and feel very lucky to be in the heart of the city, yet also be able to escape for peaceful woodland walks on our lunch breaks. Since redoing the garden we have loved hosting our friends and lovely neighbours for cocktails in the summer, and we know we will really miss the community spirit of Bath Buildings!"

Armidale Place is a purpose built residential apartment building in Montpelier, just around the corner from the ever popular Cheltenham and Gloucester Roads. Residents benefit from being within immediate reach of the colourful, independent shops that make this part of Bristol so popular with coffee shops such as The Bristolian, Emmeline, Café Kino and The Crafty Egg all within walking distance whilst local pubs such as The Cadbury, and The Star and Garter also come highly recommended. For commuters, the area is extremely well placed for a short walk or cycle into Bristol City Centre. Buses run frequently along the A38 and train transport is available across the city and to Bristol Temple Meads via nearby Montpelier train station. For those looking for access to green space, the property is just a short walk from St Andrews Park and the Narroways Nature Reserve in St Werburghs, whilst getting out to the country via the nearby M32 or Temple Meads train station is also straightforward.

A three bedroom maisonette located on Bath Buildings with a private entrance and an allocated parking space. On entry, you are welcomed in the entrance hall with engineered oak floorboards continuing throughout the ground floor. To the left of the entrance hall is the WC and to the right the contemporary fitted kitchen/breakfast room. The fitted kitchen includes both grey and white gloss cupboards, integrated appliances and space for a breakfast table. Located at the rear of the property is the open plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and door leading to the courtyard. Outside, the peaceful courtyard has been laid to artificial lawn and offers an enjoyable space for the summer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms accessed from the landing. The master is located at the front and enjoys the use of an en-suite and balcony. The landing also has a storage cupboard and tiled three piece suite with shower over bath.
