Description

Cleve Court is a select development of just six apartments, situated in a purpose-built development located in the heart of Wellswood.  Set to the second (top) floor the APARTMENT offers ONE BEDROOM accommodation which enjoys elevated views over the surrounding rooftops and is complimented by private allocated parking and a communal patio to the rear of the development.

The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the shopping parade of Ilsham Road, where you will find a quality selection of local shops, a post office, delicatessen, pub and restaurants, whilst the picturesque Meadfoot Beach can be found within a reasonable walk through the beautiful Ilsham Valley.  A regular bus service and St Matthias Church are both found within walking distance on the nearby Babbacombe Road.

EPC Rating: D

OWNER INSIGHT

"This apartment will always hold a special place in my heart, not only was it a very happy home for me, it was also where my husband and I met, with him owning the neighbouring apartment. When I was looking for a home I stumbled upon Cleve Court, set in a quiet yet convenient location just around the corner from the shopping parade in Wellswod and also easily accessible to lovely walks through the Ilsham Valley to Meadfoot Beach. As I didn’t drive at the time the regular bus service on nearby Babbacombe Road made it absolutely ideal. I found the apartment to be such a lovely, comfortable home that when it was time for me to move on I could not bring myself to sell it, so I let it for a number of years to a tenant who enjoyed living here as much as I did. It is with a heavy heart that I now feel that the time is right for me to sell the apartment and I only hope that any new owner will enjoy living here as much as I have done!"
