Description

4 Haslin Crescent This is a property that has been given the special treatment. Our sellers recently renovated their lovely home throughout and it looks fantastic. The walls were taken back to brick and the property was fully rewired. New piping and a brand new central heating system including a gas fired combi boiler was installed. A mesh was attached to the walls and new plaster applied. The new high gloss kitchen and the four piece bathroom suite then went in. All the windows are brand new, and one of the kitchen doors is new. New ground laminate and underlay floor and new carpets for the first floor.

Haslin Crescent has always been a favourite with families and professionals. It is a pleasant neighbourhood that enjoys a variety of semi detached and detached properties set back against tree and grass lined pavements. There are two cul de sacs which mean little traffic and a safer neighbourhood.

The accommodation starts with a porch which opens into the spacious hall where you will find an understair Cloaks/WC.

The living room/lounge is front facing and is a good sized room with a bay window that features a stylish frosted glass for privacy. There's no need for curtains or blinds here which creates a more spacious feel.

Double doors open into the dining room where there is space for a table for 8 if desired and from here a further set of part glazed doors open into the breakfast kitchen area. Now you have a fantastic layout for your friends and family gatherings with sections you can close off as and when. Add to that direct access onto the decking.

The sellers chose a Clerk High Gloss range of units with granite effect surfaces and it was definitely the right combination. There is an integrated full size dish washer and washing machine and space for a free standing fridge freezer. The cooking station comprises of a fan assisted oven and a four ring induction hob with a stylish steel and glass extractor.

The recessed lighting really brings what is already a naturally bright room to life and the prep and washing area enjoys an outlook over the garden. There is also access to a side garden facing porch.

Last but certainly not least is the study/hobby room/ single bed room.

Moving upstairs and you have 2 good sized double bedrooms and one single room. The front facing of the two benefitting from a bay window. Both enjoy pleasing outlooks with the front facing looking over the Countryside to the Welsh Hills. Bedroom three is a single and is also front facing so enjoys a pleasing outlook over the pleasant tree lined neighbourhood to the Welsh Hills.

The bathroom has been fitted with a 4 piece suite that comprises of a deep panelled bath with a chrome mixer tap hand shower attachment combination. There sellers added a glass corner shower cubicle which has a chrome thermostatic shower which feeds directly from the combi boiler. A high gloss vanity unit and WC with water saving options makes up the suite. The tiling really makes this bathroom both stylish and contemporary and the recessed lighting makes it even more so whilst adding some warmth.

The garden is also where this lovely home really shines. With this property you have a really good sized outdoor space and we mean really good! The garden starts at the kerb just like any front garden would but then runs the full width of the property and extends across the back of the house where there is a good sized timber deck. This arrangement is rare and you are going to enjoy longer in the sun here. There is a variety of mature plants and shrubs and a second decked area to the side part. It is a lovely home and one you really do have to see. It has a winning combination of location, setting, space, layout, style, outlooks and outdoor space.

THE CHRISTLETON LIFESTYLE

The picturesque village of Christleton has always been a firm favourite with professionals and families for many good reasons. It is also regarded by many as Chester's Premier village. Christleton has won the "best kept village" award a number of times and offers a Primary School, a High School and 6th Form College - all with their hard earned "Outstanding" reputations! They are about a 10 minutes' walk if that. Furthermore and about a 5 minute walk from home is the nearby Village Scout Hut which offers a pre-school facility for younger families.

The Village offers a central pub/Inn called the Ring O Bells, the Canalside Cheshire Cat and The Plough by the Christleton/Waverton crossroads. All are very popular.

There is also a village store, hairdressers and Dentist with a larger One Stop store, doctor's, pharmacist, a deli, fast food, dog groomers and hairdressers in neighbouring Waverton.

There are more shops less than a 5 minute drive at Great Boughton and Sainsburys and the other superstores are a little less. Also close to home and in easy walking distance is the brand new Costa Coffee.

The duck pond offers a picturesque setting and behind here you will find a playing field with a play park for younger children. There are a number of golf courses within a 5 to 10 minute drive and the amazing Carden Park hotel, spa and golf complex is about a 20 minute drive. One of their 2 courses is a Jack Nicklauss championship course and one of only 5 in the Country. Also worth a mention is the sailing lake with water obstacle course and café at Manley Mere which is about a 15 minute drive. Bickerton Hills and Delamere Forrest are within easy reach for picturesque walks and scenic views.

There are a number of excellent health clubs and Spas close by including the Mercure which is a short walk and the award winning "The Club and Spa" at The Hilton.

Liverpool and Manchester airports are about a 45 minute drive and the North Wales Coast can be as little as a 30 to 40 minute drive making Christleton and Haslin Crecent a winning combination!
